This is absolutely my favorite recipe. I use it for breakfast with chia seeds or in my smoothie, or like today I just really was craving something sweet. I am recovering from a knee surgery , so especially now I am making sure I only eat clean and nutritious meals.

Kids are going to love this one !!! Just please, don’t tell them you are using avocado. Ha, ha… This might ruin the magic.

My kids love avocado, but I remember expression on their faces when they found out that avocado is in their favorite mousse. It is kind of hard to believe that the main ingredient in a guacamole is also a key ingredient in this yummy dessert.

You must try it !!!

Makes : 4 servings

Ingredients:

1 avocado

2 bananas

2 oz of baking chocolate semisweet or dark chocolate

1 Tbls cocoa

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method:

Blend avocado and bananas in a small blender. Melt Baking chocolate and then add coconut oil and cocoa. Mix together and add to banana mixture. Blend together until smooth.

Serve immediately or put in serving dishes and chill.

*Note: I love whipped cream so I topped it of with a dollop of whipped cream, but you can serve it with strawberries or just by itself.
