Chocolate Bites
Makes: about 12 - 2 inches rounds
Ingredients :
4 oz semisweet or bittersweet baking chocolate
1/4 cup goji berries
1/4 pistachios, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
rose petals (optional)
Melt chopped chocolate in a double boiler (double boiler is a pot stack on top of another pot, with the water simmering in the lower pot). Place melted chocolate in a pastry bag and squeeze out about tablespoon of chocolate onto the lined with parchment paper or silicon mat baking sheet, making about 2 inches in diameter circles.
If you don’t have a pastry bag pour melted chocolate directly from the pot to the prepared baking sheet using a spoon.
While the chocolate is still soft, sprinkle berries, pistachios, sea salt and rose petals.
Let it cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. These pretty treats are then ready to eat. Enjoy!
Note: *You can substitute pistachios with your favorite nuts.
