Mushroom Pastry

 

Classic Yeast Dough

Ingredients:

 

1 package dry yeast

1 cup warm milk

2 Tbl spoons sugar

4Tbl spoons butter (melted)

1 egg

½ tsp salt

500g flour

 

 

Directions:

 

Dissolve yeast in warm milk in a large mixing bowl, add sugar, 1Tbl of flour; let stand 10 min. in a warm place.

Beat at low speed with an electric mixer and add egg, salt and gradually flour and butter until all ingredients make a soft dough. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel and let stand for about an hour until dough doubles.

Portion the dough into 12 pcs, roll each piece into a circle, place your favorite filling in the center and pinch to close it to shape a triangle.
